❥ After sending me the filled form, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your question(s) ! Then, I’ll come back to you before 24 hours to give you my quote price.
❥ After finding common ground, getting the payment & giving the completion date, I’ll start working on your commission.
❥ References are immediately needed
❥ If I have to find references myself, an additional 50% charge of the final quote price will be added.
❥ You'll be notified if I added reference fees to the final quote price, so we can discuss it if needed.
❥ Loose description of the commission is required.
❥ Please provide photo for reference / description (this will cost extra depending on how much i have put together myself) / random images / or own sketch (can be a simple drawing) for the idea of the commission. ❥ In the case where you have any size, resolution and or color mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible.
❥ If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.
❥ The piece will normally have plain colored background of your choice. However, if one desires to also have a painted background, price may vary depending on complexity and elements.💗 Process flow:

❥ I’ll sketch some ideas then show them to you so you can choose and or tweak one to your liking.
❥ Unsure of your order but have a vibe in mind? Please send me references of the vibe you want to capture. We can brainstorm together, and it includes a minimum of 3 thumbnails with flat colors.
❥ If you’re sure of what you want, thumbnails are optional and we can start with the overall sketch right away.
❥ Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
💗 Step 2 / Refining stage
❥ I’ll refine the sketch, meaning working on details in the background and character(s). This is what your commission will look like before I render it further.
❥ You receive 2 free minor revisions. Additional revisions costs $3 / php 175 each, paid before I continue
💗 Step 3 / Color stage
❥ I’ll color the thumbnail of your choosing with base colors.
❥ You receive 2 free minor revisions. Additional revisions costs $3 / php 175 each, paid before I continue
💗 Step 4 / Rendering stage
❥ The most time-consuming part, I might not be able to update you as much as before because I’ll need to focus on the piece.
❥ However, feel free to DM me to see the advancement.
💗 Step 5 / Final effects
❥ I’ll be adding effects and filters.
💗 Step 6 / Sending files
❥ Finally, you will receive a signed digital file via email (kindly also include your email in the forms) to not compress the quality.
❥ Once the commission is finished, no more changes or edits can be made.
❥ If I have permission to post on social media, I’ll put a special watermark on it.

These terms are designed to protect both of our interests and ensure that we have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the commissioning process.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. This covers the rules, payment terms, usage rights, revisions, deadlines, and legal conditions for commissioning your artwork. Please read carefully before placing an order.💗 Terms of Service:
❥ You will automatically accept my T.O.S if you're commissioning me.
❥ Slots are first come, first served based on who submits payment or references first.
❥ TAT starts when I start working on the sketch.
❥ Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
❥ My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
❥ Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated.
❥ Please write in a clear and sympathetic manner.
❥ I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide : I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.
❥ if i don't get an answer for 3 business days i take it as a no for the client or cancel the transaction
❥ clients are required to submit complete references and fill out the commission form within 3 days. failure to do so will result in the commission being placed on hold.
❥ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs💗 Payments & Fees
❥ I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
❥ Payment can be done through GCASH, MAYA, GOTYME, MARIBANK, REMITLY, and VGEN (for commissioners who ordered in VGen) only.
❥ Payment is non-refundable.💗 Payment flow:

❥ final/file - 50%❥ 50% or full down payment, the references, and the description of the commission must be given to the commissioner before I start my sketch. The remaining 50% shall be paid before I send the commissioned art.
❥ Payments to proposals should be paid by 50% within 2 weeks or will be declined.
❥ local prices only applies to filipinos who are based in the philippines
❥ Client shoulders the additional fees of the artists available mode of payment
❥ Additional fees may apply for complex designs. If the complexity is higher than expected, I will inform you and ask for approval before continuing the commission.
❥ If I have to find references myself, an additional 50% charge of the final quote price will be added.
❥ You'll be notified if I added reference fees to the final quote price, so we can discuss it if needed.
❥ A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 3 × base price
applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
→ The NDA fee covers a lifetime privacy agreement. Keeping a commission private means I won’t be able to share it, use it for promotion, receive credit, or include it in my portfolio.
→ This fee helps compensate for the long-term loss of exposure and opportunities that usually come from showcasing finished commissions.✨Personal Commissions (OCs or real people):
→ I will ask for the commissioner’s consent before posting.
→ Personal commissions are never printed, sold, or used for merchandise. If no NDA is purchased and if the commissioner agrees to post it online, I may post the artwork publicly or include it in my portfolio. If you prefer full privacy, the NDA fee is required.
✨Fanart Commissions:
→ Fanart commissions may be shared publicly for promotional purposes and may be used for prints or merchandise (e.g., Genshin fanart).❥ Complexity Fee is between $1-100 / php 55-5,800 for all Commissions.
💗 If a Commissioner wishes to buy:
❥ Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be:
⁕ Streamer Commercial Use - base price × 3
⁕ Merchandise Commercial Use - base price × 3💗 Revisions
❥ Revisions are available during the refining and coloring phase.
❥ You receive 2 free minor revisions. Additional revisions cost $3 / php 175 each, paid before I continue.
❥ Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
❥ Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part.
❥ Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.💗 Deadlines and Delivery
❥ Commissions may take up to 2 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.
❥ I will keep you updated if delays occur.
❥ If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be 2x base price
❥ You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.💗 Intellectual Property Rights
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
Exceptions:
If a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes💗 Refunds
❥ I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
❥ You may cancel before payment is made.
❥ Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
❥ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
❥ I don't offer refunds if I started working on your commission.
❥ You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.Filing a chargeback will:
❥ Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
❥ Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
❥ Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
❥ Result in a formal complaint against you.💗 Commissioner Rights
You may:
❥ Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
❥ Print the art for yourself.
❥ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@lohvunn" or for tiktok “@lohvunn_”.
You may NOT:
❥ Use the artwork commercially without permission.
❥ Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
❥ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
❥ Remove signatures/watermarks.
❥ Resell or redistribute the artwork.
❥ Modify the artwork without my consent.
❥ Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.💗 Blacklist Policy
❥ Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
❥ The blacklist may be shared with other artists.💗 Final Agreement
